目的 探讨ArcCHECK Machine QA工具在医用直线加速器质量保证中的应用效果.方法 利用ArcCHECK Machine QA工具和ArcCHECK体模对医用直线加速器进行性能测试,项目包括机架角度、机架旋转速度、机架旋转中心、多叶准直器和铅门位置的一致性、机架旋转出束时的平坦度和对称性,评估该工具在医用直线加速器质量保证中的应用效果.结果 旋转模式下机架平均旋转速度为 3.6 deg/s,最大偏差约 0.5 deg/s;机架旋转等中心形成的平均半径为 0.4 mm,多叶准直器与铅门的最大距离正、负差异平均值分别为 0.7 mm、-0.7 mm;旋转出束模式下Y方向的平坦度为 1.8%,Y方向的对称性为 1.1%,X方向的对称性为 4.3%.结论 ArcCHECK Machine QA工具可用于医用直线加速器常规及容积调强出束性能质量保证.
The Application Effect of ArcCHECK Machine QA Tool in Quality Assurance of Medical Linear Accelerator
Objective To explore the application effect of ArcCHECK Machine QA tool in quality assurance of medical linear accelerator.Methods The ArcCHECK Machine QA tool and ArcCHECK body model were used to test the performance of the medical linear accelerator,including the angle of the gantry,the rotation speed of the gantry,the rotation center of the gantry,the consistency of the position of the multi-blade collimator and the lead gate,and the flatness and symmetry of the gantry when rotating out the beam,to evaluate the application effect of this tool in medical linear accelerator quality assurance.Results In rotation mode,the average rotation speed of the gantry was 3.6 deg/s,and the maximum deviation was about 0.5 deg/s;The average radius formed by the isocenter of the gantry rotation was 0.4 mm,and the average positive and negative difference of the maximum distance between the multileaf collimator and the lead gate were 0.7 mm and-0.7 mm,respectively.The flatness in the Y direction was 1.8%,the symmetry in the Y direction was 1.1%,and the symmetry in the X direction was 4.3%in the rotating beam out mode.Conclusion ArcCHECK Machine QA tool can be used for medical linear accelerator beam performance quality assurance in intensity modulated radiotherapy and volumetric modulated arc therapy.
