The Research on Comprehensive Management and Benefit Evaluation Methods for Large Medical Equipment
With the continuous development of China's medical industry,large-scale medical equipment,as an essential medical tool,occupies a large amount of hospital's fluid capital.Therefore,all functional departments need to work together,reasonably select assessment objects and scope,construct evaluation indicators,and conduct quantitative analysis,in order to formulate reward and punishment measures and rectification measures.The purpose of this study was to actively explore comprehensive management and evaluation methods to promote the utilization efficiency of large-scale medical equipment,strengthen scientific management and rational configuration of large-scale medical equipment,improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of equipment,and achieve two-way development of economic and social benefits.With Gansu Provincial People's Hospital as an example,182 large medical equipment priced at 1-5 million yuan and 26 large medical equipment priced at over 5 million yuan were selected for analysis and evaluation in this study.The research results indicated that the implementation of a comprehensive management and benefit evaluation mechanism for large-scale medical equipment can effectively improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of the equipment,avoid resource waste such as duplicate purchases and idleness,reduce the cost of purchasing large-scale medical equipment in hospitals,reduce the burden on patients seeking medical treatment,and provide scientific basis for long-term development decisions of hospitals.
