The Impact of Improving Information Traceability System Risk Warning and Intervention Strategies on the Processing Procedure of Da Vinci Surgical Instruments
Objective To explore the impact of improving the risk warning and intervention strategies of the information traceability system on the processing procedure of Da Vinci surgical instruments.Methods With the selection of 162 surgical instruments of Da Vinci surgical robots from the hospital from February 2021 to April 2023 as the research objects,according to the implementation time of risk warning and intervention measures for the improved information traceability system,the surgical instruments of 80 Da Vinci surgical robots before the implementation of risk warning and intervention measures for the improved information traceability system in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were divided into the control group,and the surgical instruments of 82 Da Vinci surgical robots after the implementation of risk warning and intervention measures for the improved information traceability system in our hospital from March 2022 to April 2023 were divided into the observation group.The quality of sterilization work,quality management effectiveness,and user satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The cleaning qualification rate,packaging accuracy rate,monitoring record qualification rate,and storage and distribution accuracy rate in the observation group's sterilization work quality were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores in the observation group for equipment management quality in terms of sending and receiving speed,supply quality,problem tracing and communication services,were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The satisfaction level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improvement of risk warning and intervention measures in the information traceability system optimizes the processing procedure of Da Vinci surgical robot surgical instruments,improves sterilization and management quality,and enhances instrument usage satisfaction.
