Three-Dimensional Reconstruction and Preoperative Planning Assisted Total Knee Arthroplasty
Objective In view of the limitation of traditional total knee arthroplasty,a software-based three-dimensional reconstruction technique and preoperative planning assisted surgery method were discussed. Methods A total of 50 patients with knee osteoarthritis who underwent unilateral total knee arthroplasty from January 2022 to December 2023.They were divided into conventional group and planning group. In the conventional group, the preoperative planning was performed by using the weight-bearing 2D X-ray film of the lower limb length;in the personalized 3D reconstruction preoperative planning group, the 3D reconstruction was performed based on the preoperative CT image data of the lower limb length, and the preoperative planning was performed on the basis of the 3D image. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, total hospital stay and postoperative hospital stay were analyzed statistically. Results The operative time and intraoperative blood loss in the planning group were significantly different from those in the routine group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the total hospital stay and postoperative hospital stay(P>0.05).Conclusions Preoperative three-dimensional reconstruction and preoperative planning can avoid comparing different models of trial with the patient's bone repeatedly, shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of blood loss.At the same time, the dependence of the operation on the experience and the proficiency of the operator is greatly reduced, the blindness of the operation is avoided, and the operation is more friendly to young doctors with insufficient experience.
