摘要
目的 探讨失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)在手术室病理标本送检流程优化中的应用效果.方法 选择 2021 年 7-12 月医院手术室的 6 323 份病理标本作为对照组,采用常规病理标本送检流程.选择2022年1-6月医院手术室的5 242份病理标本作为观察组,应用FMEA优化病理标本送检流程(利用FMEA工具绘制病理标本送检流程图,准确识别流程中存在的失效模式,分析其潜在原因,制定针对性改进措施并实施).比较两组高危失效模式的风险优先指数(RPN)及发生率.结果 观察组高危失效模式的RPN及发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 应用FMEA对手术室病理标本送检流程进行优化,可有效提升手术室工作质量,并确保病理标本送检的安全性与可靠性.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA)in optimizing the process of pathological specimen submission in the operating room.Methods With the selection of 6 323 pathological specimens from the hospital operating room from July to December 2021 as the control group,the routine pathological specimen submission process was implemented.With the selection of 5 242 pathological specimens from January to June 2022 as the observation group,FMEA was used to optimize the pathological specimen submission process.The FMEA tool was used to draw the flow chart of pathological specimen submission,accurately identify the failure modes existing in the process,analyze the potential causes,formulate targeted improvement measures and implement them.The risk priority number(RPN)and incidence rate of high-risk failure modes were compared between two groups.Results The RPN and incidence of high-risk failure modes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion FMEA was applied to finely manage and optimize the process of pathological specimen submission in the operating room,which can effectively improve the quality of operating room work and ensure the safety and reliability of pathological specimen submission.
