摘要
目的 探讨持续质量改进对消毒供应室外来器械管理质量的影响.方法 选取2021年2月至2023年2月医院消毒供应室的1 000件外来器械作为研究对象.其中,2021年2月至2022年2月的500 件为对照组,实施消毒供应室常规管理;2022 年 3 月至 2023 年 2 月的500 件为观察组,在常规管理基础上实施持续质量改进管理.比较两组清洗达标率、管理质量及科室满意度.结果 观察组关节器械、脊柱器械、创伤器械、基础器械的清洗达标率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组拆装质量、清洗质量、消毒质量及环境管理和包装质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组科室满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 消毒供应室采用持续质量改进对外来器械进行管理,可提高外来器械的清洗达标率和管理质量,以及科室对外来器械的满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of continuous quality improvement on the management quality of external equipment in disinfection supply rooms.Methods With the selection of 1 000 sets of external instruments from the hospital disinfection supply room from February 2021 to February 2023 as the research subjects.Among them,500 sets from February 2021 to February 2022 were used as the control group,With the implementation of routine management in the disinfection supply room;500 sets from March 2022 to February 2023 were used as observation group,with the implementation of continuous quality improvement management on the basis of routine management.The cleaning compliance rate,management quality,and department satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The cleaning compliance rates of joint instruments,spinal instruments,trauma instruments,and basic instruments in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of disassembly quality,cleaning quality,disinfection quality,environmental management and packaging quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The department satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous quality improvement was adopted by the disinfection supply room to manage external instruments,which can improve the cleaning compliance rate and management quality of external instruments,so as to improve the department's satisfaction with external instruments.
