摘要
医疗设备档案是指医疗设备全生命周期中逐渐产生的各种载体资料.传统的医疗设备档案管理工作存在缺乏健全的管理制度、管理意识淡薄、管理力量薄弱、信息化水平低等问题.为最大限度开发、利用医疗设备档案的价值和作用,医院实施了医疗设备全生命周期档案管理,明确了医疗设备档案管理的人员职责、基本原则、归档范围、归档内容、立卷、保管、借阅、监管措施等内容.实践结果显示,实施医疗设备全生命周期档案管理后,档案管理达标率由 87%上升至 98%,有效提高了医疗设备档案管理质量,保障了医疗设备安全使用.
Abstract
Medical equipment archives are various carrier data gradually produced in the whole life cycle of medical equipment.There are some problems in traditional medical equipment archives management,such as lack of sound management system,weak management consciousness,weak management force and low information level.In order to maximize the development and utilization of the value and role of medical equipment archives,the full lifecycle archive management of medical equipment was implemented in hospitals,clarifying the personnel responsibilities,basic principles,archive scope,archive content,filing,storage,borrowing,and regulatory measures for medical equipment archive management.The practical results showed that after implementing the full lifecycle archive management of medical equipment,the compliance rate of archive management has increased from 87%to 98%,improving the quality of medical equipment archive management and effectively ensuring the safe use of medical equipment.
