基于微信公众号的病案预约复印和邮寄工作中的问题与整改措施

摘要
为方便广大患者及时、便捷地复印病案,医院病案科于 2020 年 11 月开始推行基于微信公众号的病案预约复印和邮寄服务.此项工作推进过程中,病案科发现存在患者等待时间过长、预约复印内容有误、入出院时间填写错误和收件人电话号码错误等问题.针对以上问题,病案科于 2022 年 9-12 月开展了专项整改工作,实施了提高病案归档率、增加复印告知书、增加模糊时间项及添加第二收件人等整改措施.整改后,病案复印预约订单的正确率由 83.39%提高至 96.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明此次整改工作显著提高了病案预约复印、邮寄工作的效率.
Abstract
In order to facilitate patients to copy medical records in a timely and convenient manner,medical record reservation copying and mailing services based on WeChat official account were launched by the medical record department of the hospital in November 2020.During the progress of this work,problems such as long waiting time for patients,wrong copy content of appointments,wrong entry and discharge time and wrong phone number of recipients were found by the medical record department.In response to the above problems,the special rectification work was carried out by the Medical Records Department from September to December 2022,implementing rectification measures such as increasing the filing rate of medical records,adding copy notification letters,adding ambiguous time items,and adding a second recipient.After the rectification,the accuracy rate of medical record copy appointment order increased from 83.39%to 96.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the rectification significantly improved the efficiency of medical record copy appointment and mailing work.
