The Application Effect of Jailed Balloon Technique and Jailed Wire Technique Under Coronary Angiography in the Treatment of Patients with Coronary Bifurcation Lesions
Objective To explore the application effect of jailed balloon technology and jailed wire technology under coronary angiography in the treatment of patients with coronary bifurcation lesions. Methods With the selection of 100 patients who underwent coronary bifurcation treatment surgery in hospitals from August 2020 to August 2023,they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,by using the random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. With all patients undergoing coronary angiography examination, and the use of jailed balloon technology for treatment in the experimental group and jailed wire technology in the control group, the coronary angiography before and after operation, the occurrence of intraoperative complications, the operation and the treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results After surgery, the smallest vessel diameter of the side branch in the experimental group was larger than that in the control group, and the bifurcation angle was smaller than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);The incidence of slow blood flow and severe side branch effects in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);The amount of contrast agent input, the number of stent placement, radiation dose and operation time of experimental group were lower than those of control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the residual stenosis rate of the main branch vessels between the two groups(P>0.05);The residual stenosis rate of side branch vessels in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with coronary bifurcation lesions by jailed balloon technique under coronary angiography can better protect the shape and function of blood vessels, reduce the use of contrast agents and stents, and surgery time,as well as reduce radiation dose and the risk of intraoperative complications.
