Research on Medical Consumables Management Strategies Based on Medical Insurance Flight Inspection
With the continuous deepening of medical reform and the increasing tension of medical insurance funds,flight inspections of medical insurance funds will become normalized for a certain period of time,which will encourage hospitals to pay more attention to the management of medical consumables.However,the traditional medical consumables management mode can not meet the requirement of hospital operation,and also failed to play its proper function effect.Therefore,the medical consumables management mode needs to gradually shift from rough management to fine management,and continuously realize management innovation by implementing effective management measures to inject vitality into the development of the hospital.In this study,with the analysis of the results of medical insurance flight inspections in hospitals in 2023 through case analysis method,the problems existing in the management of medical consumables based on the background of medical insurance flight inspection were put forward,and the solutions were discussed in depth.
