目的 探讨基站空调在 640 层CT数据机房的使用效果.方法 640 层CT正常开机时,分别记录并比较基站空调和普通空调开启后数据机房温度由 28℃降至 24℃所需时间、正常运行必需后勤维护项目及次数、整体价格.结果 室外温度为-5~30℃时,两种空调达到设定温度所需时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),后勤维护项目次数相同;室外环境温度为 31~42℃时,基站空调机房降温时间短于普通空调(P<0.05);普通空调需完成后勤维护项目一 2 次和项目二 1 次,基站空调需完成项目一 2 次;在室外环境温度为-6~-15℃时,普通空调故障停机,基站空调达到设定温度需要(12.4±1.5)min;基站空调整体价格高于普通空调;基站空调的整机性价比、操作使用、降温效率、故障报警和环境影响评分高于普通空调(P<0.05).结论 基站空调虽整体价格偏贵,但制冷速度快、可靠性高、维护简单,更适用于 640 层CT数据机房.
The Use Effect of Base Station Air Conditioning in the 640-Layer CT Data Room
Objective To explore the use effect of base station air conditioning in the 640-layer CT data room.Methods When the 640 layer CT starts up normally,record the time required for the data center temperature to decrease from 28℃ to 24℃ after the base station air conditioning and ordinary air conditioning are turned on,under different outdoor environmental temperatures,the necessary logistics maintenance items and frequency for the normal operation of the two air conditioners,and the overall cost of the two air conditioners were recorded separately.Meanwhile,the benefits of using two types of air conditioners were analyzed from multiple dimensions.Results When the outdoor temperature was between-5~30℃,there was no statistically significant difference in the time required for the two air conditioners to reach the set temperature(P>0.05),and the number of logistics maintenance items was the same;When the outdoor ambient temperature was between 31~42℃,the cooling time of the base station air conditioning room was shorter than that of ordinary air conditioning(P<0.05);General air conditioning needed to complete logistic maintenance with twice Project 1 and once Project 2,and base station air conditioning needed to complete with twice Project 1;When the outdoor ambient temperature was between-6℃ and-15℃,the ordinary air conditioner was shut down due to failure,and the base station air conditioner needed(12.4±1.5)minutes to reach the set temperature;The overall price of base station air conditioning was higher than that of ordinary air conditioning;However,the cost-effectiveness,operational use,cooling efficiency,fault alarm,and environmental impact score of the base station air conditioner were higher than those of ordinary air conditioners(P<0.05).Conclusion Although the overall price of base station air conditioning was relatively expensive,it had fast cooling speed,high reliability,and simple maintenance.In addition,it was more suitable for 640-layer CT data room.
