The Optimization Design of Reaction Module System for Chemiluminescence Immunoassay Analyzer
With the advantages such as high sensitivity and wide linear range,chemiluminescence immunoassay,as a technique that utilizes the principle of chemiluminescence and immune reactions for quantitative detection of human samples,is widely used in clinical practice.In onter to address the shortcomings of the reaction disk system of the previons generation luminescent immunoassay analyzer,snch as lowteting specal and poor stability,a large capacity reaction disk system was optimized and designed in this study,and key components of the system were optimized,analyzed,and explained.Through experimental verification,the optimized reaction module system increased the capacity under the condition of the same volume of the reaction plate,and improved the comprehensive performance of the reaction module such as magnetic separation,dark chamber and constant temperature incubation stability.
