摘要
随着生活水平的提高,人们越来越关注口腔问题,尤其是随着儿童牙科舒适化治疗、种植牙、颌面外科手术等口腔医疗服务的开展,口腔医院就诊人数呈逐年上升趋势.该研究结合牙科综合治疗台与多参数监护仪设计了一款一体化牙科专用监护系统,可实时监测牙科患者治疗时的生命体征,能够分析异常病例并跟踪捕捉、自动存储具有特殊临床研究价值的患者动态变化数据,便于医护人员术后回看资料及进行科研工作.经实践应用,该系统能显示各细分手术中患者的生命体征参数特征曲线,未来或将对口腔临床工作的改进有一定的作用.
Abstract
With the improvement of living standards,oral problems are increasingly attracting people's attention.Especially with the development of oral medical services such as comfortable treatment for children's dentistry,dental implants,and maxillofacial surgery,the number of patients visiting dental hospitals is increasing year by year.In this study,with the combination of dental comprehensive treatment table and multi parameter monitor,an integrated dental dedicated monitoring system was designed to monitor the vital signs of dental patients during treatment in real time.It can analyze abnormal cases and track,capture,and automatically store patient dynamic change data with special clinical research value,making it convenient for medical staff to review materials and conduct scientific research work after surgery.Through practice,the system can display the characteristic curves of vital sign parameters in various sub surgeries,which may have a certain effect on the improvement of oral clinical work in the future.
