摘要
目的 探讨失效模式和效应分析(FMEA)模式联合物联网技术在急救器材调配中心设备风险报警管理中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 12 月医院急救器材调配中心在用的急救设备为研究对象,按照管理方法不同分组,2021 年 1-12 月实施常规风险报警管理的设备为对照组(202 台),2022 年 1-12 月采用FMEA模式联合物联网技术进行风险报警管理的设备为观察组(202 台).比较两组设备报警发生率和设备使用人员对报警的处理情况.结果 观察组设备故障报警、健康报警、健康转故障报警和总报警发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);设备使用人员对报警处理的正确率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 FMEA模式联合物联网技术能有效评估和监控急救设备风险报警情况,有助于提高急救器材调配中心的设备管理水平.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Failure Modes and Effects Analysis Modes(FMEA)combined with Internet of Things technology in equipment risk alarm management of emergency equipment allocation centers.Methods With the selection of 202 emergency equipment of each type in use at the hospital's emergency equipment allocation center from January 2021 to December 2022 as the research subjects,the routine risk alarm management was implemented from January to December 2021 as the control group,and the FMEA mode combined with IoT technology was used for risk alarm management from January to December 2022 as the observation group,with grouping according to different management methods.The device alarm alarm occurrence rate,and the handling of alarms by device users were compared between two groups.Results The incidence rates of equipment failure alarms,health alarms,health transition to failure alarms,and total alarms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The accuracy of alarm handling by equipment users was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of FMEA mode and IoT technology can effectively evaluate and monitor the risk alarm situation of emergency equipment,which helps to improve the equipment management level of the emergency equipment allocation center.
