摘要

新型冠状病毒感染疫情后,医院应急采购的医疗设备存在急救及生命支持医疗设备使用频率降低、使用培训不完善等管理问题.该研究以苏州大学附属第一医院 2022 年年底应急采购的 1 批医疗设备为例,结合医院一院两区的现状,医疗设备主管部门采用信息化手段,构建应急调配中心和临床科室子中心总分式二级调配体系,解决了应急采购设备闲置问题,缓解临床科室短时间内的供需矛盾.通过应急调配中心管理应急采购医疗设备,不仅能避免医疗设备的闲置浪费,也能促进医疗设备资源优化配置、降低随意申购发生率.

Abstract

After the outbreak of novel coronavirus,a large number of medical equipment for emergency procurement in hospitals have management problems such as reduced frequency ofemergency medical equipment and life support medical equipment and imperfect use training.In this study,with a batch of medical equipment urgently purchased by the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University at the end of 2022 as an example,combined with the current situation of one hospital and two districts of the hospital,information technology was adopted by the medical equipment regulatory department to construct an emergency allocation center and clinical department sub-center total fraction two-level deployment system,which solved the problem of idle emergency procurement equipment and alleviated the supply-demand contradiction in clinical departments in a short period of time.By using information technology to manage medical equipment,not only can it avoid idle waste of medical equipment,but it can also promote the optimization of medical equipment resource allocation and reduce the incidence of arbitrary purchase.
