摘要
随着医疗信息化的不断发展,移动护理信息系统已成为医疗机构提高护理工作效率、减少医疗风险、提高护理服务质量的重要手段.为实现过程控制和质量管理,该研究对医院移动护理信息系统的系统构建、业务流程、系统功能、建设注意事项、应用效果进行分析.结果表明,应用移动护理信息系统后的日均护理工作时长减少206.03 h、患者满意度提升至 97.10%、护理不良事件发生率降至 1.20%(P<0.05),可显著提高护理人员的工作效率、质量.
Abstract
With the continuous development of medical informatization,mobile nursing information systems have become an important means for medical institutions to improve nursing work efficiency,reduce medical risks,and improve nursing service quality.In order to realize process control and quality management,the system construction,business process,system function,construction precautions and application effect of the mobile nursing information system of Jinjiang Municipal Hospital(Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital Fujian Hospital)were analyzed,in this paper.The results showed that after the application of mobile nursing information system,the daily average nursing work hours decreased by 206.03 hours,patient satisfaction increased to 97.10%,and the incidence of nursing adverse events decreased to 1.20%(P<0.01),which can significantly improve the work efficiency and quality of nursing staff.
