目的 探讨基于信息追溯系统的三重闭环管理模式在外来植入型器械管理中的应用.方法 选取2021年1-12月医院的400件外来植入型器械作为对照组;另选取2022年1-12月400件外来植入型器械作为观察组.对照组和观察组分别予常规管理和基于信息追溯系统的三重闭环管理模式.比较两组器械供应质量、管理质量、管理不良事件发生率、术后切口感染率和使用满意度.结果 观察组器械供应及时率和供应合格率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组器械拆卸合格、清洗合格、消毒合格及包装合格率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组器械损坏率、遗失率和回收错误率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后切口感染率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组器械质量、配送、供应及时性及管理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 基于信息追溯系统的三重闭环管理模式用于外来植入型器械管理,可提高器械供应质量和管理质量、降低器械不良事件和切口感染率、提高使用满意度.
The Application of Triple Closed-Loop Management Model Based on Information Traceability System in the Management of External Implantable Devices
Objective To explore the application of the triple closed-loop management model based on information traceability system in the management of external implantable devices.Methods With the selection of 400 external implantable devices in the hospital from January to December 2021 as the control group,and another 400 external implantable devices from January to December 2022 as the observation group,the control group and the observation group were respectively given conventional management and a triple closed-loop management mode based on information traceability system.The quality of instrument supply,management quality,incidence of management adverse events,postoperative incision infection rate,and user satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The timely supply rate and qualified supply rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The qualified rates of disassembly,cleaning,disinfection and packaging in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);The device damage rate,loss rate,and recovery error rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The postoperative incision infection rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of instrument quality,delivery,supply timeliness and management quality of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The triple closed-loop management model based on information traceability system is used for the management of external implanted devices,which can improve the quality of device supply and management,reduce adverse events and incision infection rates,and improve user satisfaction.
