The Role of Training and Management of Chief Resident Physicians in Cultivating High-Quality Physicians
As an important component of hospital management,the management of chief resident physicians is directly related to the medical quality,safety,and efficiency of hospitals.With the rapid development of hospitals and the continuous improvement and transformation of the medical system,the management of chief resident physicians is also facing new opportunities and challenges.Therefore,in recent years,the in-depth reform of the management of chief residents has been carried out in hospitals,which plays an important role in strengthening the safety and quality of hospitals and training young doctors.In this article,with the analysis of the characteristics of hospital's training and management of chief resident physicians in recent years,the current effectiveness of chief resident physician training,and the existing problems,corresponding strategies were proposed.
