Correlation Analysis of miR-145,miR-886-3p with Follicie Quality in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and Infertility
Objective To investigate the expression levels of miR-145 and miR-886-3p in PCOS patients with infertility,to analyze the factors that affect follicle quality.Methods Undergo micro-fertilization-embryo transfer(ICSI)in the hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the experimental group,and 96 patients who were infertile only because of male factors in the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of miR-145 and miR-886-3p in peripheral blood of the two groups were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),and the number of eggs obtained,the cleavage rate of binuclear bodies(2PN),the rate of mature second polar bodies(MII)and the rate of eggs obtained were compared between the two groups.The experimental group was divided into two groups according to the results of ultrasound examination:good follicular group(70 cases)and bad follicular group(45 cases).Single factor and Logistic regression were used to analyze the risk factors of poor follicular quality in PCOS infertility.Results The level of miR-145 in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of miR-886-3p was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the number of eggs captured,the MⅡ egg rate and the egg capture rate in the experimental group were significantly lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the cleavage rate of 2PN between the two groups(P>0.05).The results of univariate analysis showed that miR-145,miR-886-3p,BMI and hyperandrogenism PCOS were the influencing factors of follicular quality in infertile patients(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that low expression of miR-145,high expression of miR-886-3p,BMI≥24 kg/m2 and hyperandrogenism were independent risk factors for poor follicular quality in PCOS patients.Conclusions The level of miR-145 is low and the level of miR-886-3p is high in PCOS infertility patients,and the number of eggs obtained,the rate of mature second diode(MⅡ)eggs and the rate of eggs obtained are low.Low expression of miR-145,high expression of miR-886-3p,BMI≥24 kg/m2 and hyperandrogenism are independent risk factors for poor follicular quality in PCOS patients.
