摘要
该研究介绍了医院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)的智能化建设与应用.以PIVAS系统为核心,构建PIVAS的标准化业务流程、PIVAS系统架构,实现PIVAS医嘱流向智能匹配、智能二次审方、智能编批决策、退药智能检测相关功能,助力医院信息化水平提升,实现PIVAS业务全流程监控,从而高效、安全、准确的管理和控制药品的配置流程.
Abstract
This paper introduces the intelligent construction and application of pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS)in our hospital.With the PIVAS system as the core,the standardized business process and system architecture of PIVAS are built to realize the intelligent applications related to the intellectual match of doctor's order flow,prescription-double check,batch arrangement and decision-making,and drug withdrawal detection.The establishment and intelligent construction of PIVAS help the development of hospital informatization and achieve the monitoring of the whole process of PIVAS business,so as to manage and control the drug allocation process efficiently,safely,and accurately.
