该研究基于微控制芯片STM32F427 和嵌入式操作系统RTX设计了一种以下位机为中心的全自动生化分析仪控制系统.该系统的硬件控制芯片STM32F427 具有主频高、外围接口丰富、内存大的特点,适合运行复杂的控制系统;控制软件基于嵌入式操作系统RTX设计,RTX为多任务实时操作系统,具有多任务并发能力,且任务实时性高.整机验证检测表明,全自动生化分析仪下位机控制系统可稳定控制仪器的机械臂、反应盘、样本试剂盘、加样组件、清洗组件和信号采集硬件协调运行与并发执行,实现实时固定运行节拍,从而固定反应周期;同时,该系统与上位机之间的数据传输实时稳定,满足了高速全自动生化分析仪检测性能需要的硬件和系统需求.
The Design and Application of a Slave Device Control System for Automatic Biochemical Analyzer
In this study,an automatic biochemical analyzer control system with the slave device as the center was designed,based on the microcontroller chip STM32F427 and the embedded operating system RTX.With the characteristics of high main frequency,rich peripheral interfaces,and large memory,the hardware control chip STM32F427 of the system is suitable for running complex control systems.The control software was designed based on the embedded operating system RTX,which is a multitasking real-time operating system with multitasking concurrency and high real-time task performance.The whole machine verification test showed that the slave device control system of the automatic biochemical analyzer can stably control the mechanical arm,reaction disk,sample reagent disk,sampling component,cleaning component,and signal acquisition hardware of the instrument to coordinate and execute concurrently,achieving real-time fixed operating rhythm and thus fixing the reaction cycle;In addition,the real-time and stable data transmission between the system and the Host Computer meets the hardware and system requirements for high-speed and fully automatic biochemical analyzer detection performance.
