摘要

随着医疗信息技术的快速发展,出院患者回访管理系统成为提高医疗服务质量和优化患者关怀措施的重要工具.该研究从医院信息化角度出发,详细介绍了出院患者回访管理系统的设计原则、技术实现及应用效果.系统采用C#的.NET框架,使用SQL Server数据库实现前后端互通,具备患者信息识别和标记功能、回访内容自动生成功能和数据报告生成功能.实际应用效果显示,出院患者回访管理系统具有界面显示直观、操作友好的特点,可提高患者回访配合度及医护人员满意度、缩短回访时间,回访数据可用于改进医疗服务质量、优化人员配置.

Abstract

With the rapid development of medical information technology,the discharged patient follow-up management system has become an important tool to improve the quality of medical services and optimize patient care measures.In this study,the design principles,technical implementation and application effects of the discharged patient follow-up management system were introduced in detail,from the perspective of hospital informatization.The.NET framework with C#was adopted in the system and the SQL Server database was used to achieve front-end and back-end intercommunication.The system had the function of identifying and marking the patient information,automatically generating the content of return visit and generating the data report.The actual application effect showed that with intuitive interface display and user-friendly operation,the discharged patient follow-up management system improved the patient's follow-up cooperation,shortened the follow-up time,and achieved high satisfaction among medical staff.Hospitals can improve the quality of medical services and optimize personnel configuration based on the follow-up data provided by the system.
