摘要

近年来,医疗设备维护维修托管服务得到迅速发展,第三方服务商凭借技术优势为医疗机构提高运营效率提供了保障.第三方驻场人员的工作质量直接影响医疗设备的运行状态.为提高医院第三方驻场人员的工作质量,保障全院医疗设备正常运行,该研究基于PDCA循环分析影响第三方驻场人员工作质量的主要因素,并从把控人员数量和资质、建立规章制度、畅通沟通渠道、质量考核 4 个方面进行持续质量改进,最终有效降低了第三方驻场人员的维修响应时间、设备返修率,提升了设备修复率及科室满意度.

Abstract

In recent years,with the rapid development of outsourcing services for medical equipment maintenance and repair,third-party service providers have provided a guarantee for medical institutions to improve their operational efficiency by virtue of their technical advantages,and the working quality of third-party resident personnel directly affects the running state of medical equipment.In order to improve the work quality of third-party resident personnel in hospitals and ensure the normal operation of medical equipment throughout the hospital,the main factors affecting the work quality of third-party resident personnel were analyzed based on the PDCA cycle in this study.Meanwhile,continuous quality improvement were carried out in four aspects:controlling the number and qualifications of personnel,establishing rules and regulations,facilitating communication channels,and quality assessment.Finally,the maintenance response time and equipment back repair rate of the third-party resident personnel were effectively reduced,and the equipment maintenance rate and department satisfaction were improved.
