集采背景下公立医院口腔专科耗材管理存在的问题及改进建议

摘要
2023 年初由四川省医疗保障局牵头的口腔种植系统集采工作逐步落地,种植系统是口腔专科耗材中首个集采项目,也是采购金额占比最高的一项.种植系统集采的平稳落地和政策可持续执行关系到后续其他口腔耗材集采工作的实施.集采背景下,医院如何快速适应耗材准入方式的改变及降低集采工作对临床管理的影响.因此,该研究主要分析了口腔种植系统集采工作暴露的问题,并提出针对性改进建议,为其他口腔专科耗材集采工作的顺利落地提供参考,同时提高集采背景下医院口腔专科耗材的管理水平.
Abstract
At the beginning of 2023,with the gradual implementation of the centralized procurement of the oral implant system led by the Sichuan Provincial Medical Security Bureau,the implant system was the first procurement project in the field of oral specialty consumables and also the highest proportion of funds.The smooth implementation of centralized procurement in the implanting system and the sustainable implementation of policies were related to the implementation of subsequent centralized procurement of other oral consumables.In the context of centralized procurement,hospitals should quickly adapt to changes in consumable access methods and the impact of centralized procurement on clinical management.In this study,with the main analysis of the issues exposed in the centralized procurement of oral implant systems,the targeted improvement suggestions were proposed to provide reference for the smooth implementation of other dental specialty consumables centralized procurement work,and improve the management level of oral consumables in hospitals under the background of centralized procurement.
