The Application Effeet of Preventive Management Based on Risk Analysis in the Management of Large-Scale Medical Equipment
Objective To explore the application effect of preventive management based on risk analysis in the management of large-scale medical equipment. Methods With the selection of 68 large-scale medical devices in use in hospitals from January 2020 to January 2023 as the research subjects, these devices were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different management methods, with 34 devices in each group. With the use of routine management in the control group and preventive management based on risk analysis in the observation group, both groups received continuous intervention for 6 months. The quality compliance rate of the two groups at 1,3 and 5 months of intervention, the management effect(equipment opening rate, repair rate and management cost growth rate)after 6 months of intervention and the satisfaction of the users were compared. Results The quality compliance rates of the observation group at 3 and 5 months of intervention were 94.12%and 97.06%,respectively,which were higher than 73.53%and 76.47%in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);After 6 months of intervention, the opening rate of the observation group was(95.89±3.01)%,which was higher than(90.33±4.76)%in the control group; The repair rate and management cost growth rate were(11.90±5.11)%and(1.67±0.33)%,respectively,which were lower than(20.18±6.44)%and(2.34±0.55)%in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of equipment users in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the preventive management of risk analysis to the management of large-scale medical equipment can guarantee the operation rate of equipment, reduce the repair rate and management cost, and improve the user's satisfaction.
