The Application Value of Total Cost Control Management in Disinfection Supply Centers
Objective To explore the application effect of total cost control management in disinfection supply centers.Methods With the retrospective analysis of cost management data from January to December 2021 at the hospital disinfection supply center,the disinfection supply center implemented basic cost management from January to June 2021 as the control group,and the disinfection supply center implemented total cost control management from July to December 2021 as the observation group,the staff salary,medical sterile consumables expenditure,equipment maintenance,energy supply and other expenses,core equipment failure and satisfaction rate for clinical disinfection items quality were compared between the two groups before and after management.Results The quality and team structure of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the personnel salary,medical sterile consumables cost,equipment consumables and indicator cost,equipment maintenance cost,energy supply cost and other expenses,and core equipment failure rate were lower than the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of clinical medical staff in the observation group for the quality of disinfectants was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive cost control in hospital disinfection supply center can achieve the good management effect of improving the quality of operators,promoting the healthy development of departments,reducing expenditure and increasing efficiency,and improving clinical satisfaction.
