PDCA循环法在医院节水管理中的实践与探索

医院由于人员密度高、流动性大,节水难度较高.因此,在保障医院平稳运行同时最大限度减少用水量是一项重要、全面、系统且持续的工作.该研究以中山大学附属第三医院为例,运用PDCA循环法分析医院水资源利用现状及综合用水量较高的原因,通过完善相关制度、开展宣传培训、加强日常监督管理及采取专业技术查漏补缺等一系列改进措施加强节水管理.实践结果显示,2022 年度医院综合用水量为 607.35 L/(床·d),比 2020年度医院综合用水量减少了396.74 L/(床·d).因此,PDCA循环法在医院节水管理中的应用效果显著,有效提升了医院节水管理水平,降低了医院综合用水量.
The Practice and Exploration of PDCA Cycle Method in Hospital Water-Saving Management
Hospitals have high personnel density and high mobility,making it difficult to save water.Therefore,it is an important,comprehensive,systematic and continuous work to minimize water consumption while ensuring the smooth operation of hospitals.In this study,with the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat sen University as the example,the PDCA cycle management method was applied to analyze the current situation of hospital water resource utilization and the reasons for the high comprehensive water consumption.Water conservation management was strengthened through a series of improvement measures such as improving relevant systems,conducting publicity and training,strengthening daily supervision and management,and adopting professional technical solutions to address deficiencies.After practice,the comprehensive water consumption of the hospital in 2022 was 607.35 L/(bed·d),which was reduced by 396.74 L/(bed·d)compared with that in 2020.Therefore,with significant application effects in hospital water-saving management with the PDCA cycle method,the level of water-saving management in hospitals was effectively improved,reducing the comprehensive water consumption of hospitals.
