摘要
目的 探讨智慧供应链模式联合五常法在外科医用耗材质量管理中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021 年 9 月至 2023 年 9 月 1 000 件医院外科医用耗材为研究对象,按照管理方法不同分组,将 2021 年 9 月至 2022 年 9 月医院实施常规质量管理的 500 件外科医用耗材作为对照组,将 2022 年 10 月至 2023 年 9 月实施智慧供应链模式联合五常法管理的 500 件外科医用耗材作为观察组.对比两组管理效果、医疗耗材浪费情况、不良事件发生情况.结果 观察组管理有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医疗耗材浪费发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 智慧供应链模式联合五常法可提高医用耗材管理质量、减少医疗耗材浪费、降低不良事件发生率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of the smart supply chain model combined with the Five Constant Methods in the quality management of surgical medical consumables.Methods With the selection of surgical medical consumables from hospitals from September 2021 to September 2023 as the research object,according to different management methods to group,with 500 surgical medical consumables with routine quality management in hospitals from September 2021 to September 2022 as the control group,and 500 surgical medical consumables with smart supply chain mode combined with the Five Constant Methods management from October 2022 to September 2023 as the observation group,the management effectiveness,waste of medical consumables,and occurrence of adverse events between the two groups were compared.Results The efficiency of observation group management was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of medical consumables waste in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The smart supply chain model combined with the Five Constant Methods can improve the quality of medical consumables management,reduce waste of medical consumables,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
