数字化转型升级背景下,大型公立医院为了提升档案管理水平,逐渐引入信息化手段管理档案,但实践发现,仍面临一些问题.基于此,该研究以北京核工业医院为例,通过分析公立医院档案特征及档案管理中存在的不足,提出增强数字化管理意识、健全制度、数字化档案利用率及安全管理、统一数据标准等规范建设策略,以实现档案数字化、规范化管理.
Abstract
With the background of digital transformation and upgrading,Large public hospitals have gradually introduced information technology to improve their archive management level,but in practice,they still face some problems.Based on this,this study takes Beijing Nuclear Industry Hospital as an example,analyzes the characteristics of public hospital archives and the shortcomings in archive management,and proposes standardized construction strategies such as enhancing digital management awareness,improving systems,digital archive utilization and security management,and unifying data standards to achieve archive digitization and standardized management.
