摘要

目的 探讨品管圈在提高急救类、生命支持类设备完好率中的应用效果.方法 2023 年 5 月医院成立品管圈小组,并于 2023 年 6-12 月开展品管圈活动,确定提高急救类、生命支持类设备完好率为活动主题,对全院急救类、生命支持类设备完好状态进行调查,分析急救类、生命支持类设备完好率低的原因,制定相应对策并组织实施,每2周开展1次.结果 实施品管圈后,医院急救类、生命支持类设备完好率明显提高.结论 品管圈活动可提高急救类、生命支持类设备的完好率,有效提升医院急救类、生命支持类设备管理质量.

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle in improving the integrity rate of emergency and life support equipment.Methods With the establishment of the quality control circle group in the hospital in May 2023,and the development of quality control circle activities from June to December 2023,improving the integrity rate of emergency and life support equipment was selected as the theme of the activity.With the investigation of the intact status of emergency and life support equipment in the entire hospital,the reasons for the low integrity rate of emergency and life support equipment were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures were formulated and organized for implementation,which was carried out every two weeks.Results After 6 months,the integrity rate of emergency and life support equipment in our hospital was significantly improved.Conclusion Quality control circle activities can improve the integrity rate of emergency and life support equipment,effectively enhancing the management quality of hospital emergency and life support equipment.
