The Application of Scoring System Algorithm in Quality Control Evaluation of Electrocardiograph Monitors
Objective To explore the application of scoring system algorithm in the quality control evaluation of electrocardiogram monitors. Methods With the selection of the performance indicators(heart rate,non-invasive blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation)detection data of 32 electrocardiogram monitors(16 units of A brand B650 and 16 units of B brand STAR800E devices)from two brands purchased between 2018 and 2023 from the hospital's medical equipment management platform, the weights were assigned according to the importance of the indicators. Each item was scored according to the principle of normal distribution, and the single item score of each index and the total score of equipment performance combined with weight were obtained. The scoring results were analyzed from three aspects:equipment model, use department and purchase time. Results The non-invasive blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation score, and total score of 16 units A brand B650 devices were higher than those of B brand STAR8000E devices. With the use of the B brand STAR800E equipment as an example, the impact of usage environment and purchase time on equipment performance was analyzed, and the results were as follows. The average score for equipment in respiratory department 2 was the lowest(95.89%),while the average score for equipment in outpatient department was the highest(98.88%);The average score for equipment purchased in 2018 was the lowest(95.31%),while the average score for equipment purchased in 2021 was the highest(97.79%).Conclusion The performance index of electrocardiograph monitor is quantitatively analyzed by using the scoring system algorithm, which can objectively reflect the performance of the equipment and provide targeted improvement direction for quality control.
