摘要

目的 探究类金刚石(DLC)涂层对医用刨刀刨削性能的提升效果.方法 选择医用刨刀作为研究对象,根据处理技术的不同,分为两组.实验组采用DLC涂层处理医用刨刀,对照组采用钝化处理医用刨刀,在离体动物组织(新鲜猪瘦肉)上进行对比实验.记录并比较两组不同工作模式下的刨削深度、创面整洁度和组织热损伤程度.结果 在单向转(3 000、4 500、6 000 r/min)、往复转(3 000 r/min、0.5 Hz,4 500 r/min、2.5 Hz,6 000 r/min、4 Hz)工作模式下,实验组刨削深度、创面整洁度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两种工作模式下,两组均未见组织热损伤.结论 DLC涂层可以提高医用刨刀刨削效率,改善创面整洁度,显著提高刨削性能.

Abstract

Objective To explore the improvement effect of diamond-like carbon(DLC)on the cutting performance of medical shavers.Methods With the use of the medical shavers treated with DLC coating in the experimental group and medical shavers treated with passivation in the control group,comparative experiments were conducted on isolated animal tissues(fresh pig lean meat).The cutting depth,wound cleanliness,and degree of tissue thermal damage were recorded and compared between two different working modes.Results With the working modes of unidirectional rotation(3000,4500,6000 r/min)and reciprocating rotation(3000 r/min,0.5 Hz,4500 r/min,2.5 Hz,6000 r/min,4 Hz),the cutting depth and wound cleanliness of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No tissue thermal damage was observed in both groups with the two working modes.Conclusion The application of DLC coating on medical planers can increase cutting efficiency,enhance wound cleanliness,and significantly improve cutting performance.
