新型粪菌移植过滤装置对粪菌移植治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的效果

目的 分析应用新型粪菌移植过滤装置重建腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)患者肠道菌群的效果.方法 选取 2023 年 1-7 月医院收治的 114 例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(常规方式获取粪菌并进行移植)和试验组(应用新型粪菌移植过滤装置获取粪菌并进行移植),每组 57 例.比较治疗前和治疗 30 d后两组直肠容量刺激感觉指标(排便、疼痛、最大耐受感阈值)、血清炎症指标[白细胞介素 6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)]、血清功能指标[血管活性肠肽(VIP)、胃动素(MTL)、P物质(SP)]水平及粪菌移植肠道菌群(乳酸杆菌、双歧菌、肠球菌)含量.结果 治疗 30 d后,试验组排便、疼痛、最大耐受感阈值均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ、VIP、MTL、SP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组乳酸杆菌、双歧菌菌群含量显著高于对照组,肠球菌菌群含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 通过新型粪菌移植过滤装置进行粪菌提取、移植,对于腹泻型肠易激综合征患者肠道菌群重建的效果较好,可提高直肠容量刺激感觉指标、增加肠道菌群含量、降低血清炎症指标和功能指标含量.
The Effect of a Novel Fecal Bacteria Transplantation Filtration Device on the Treatment of Diarrhea Irritable Bowel Syndrome Patients Through Fecal Bacteria Transplantation
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of using a novel fecal bacteria transplantation filtration device to reconstruct the Intestinal flora in patients with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods With the selection of 114 patients with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome admitted to the hospital from January to July 2023 as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(obtained fecal bacteria through conventional methods and transplanted)and the experimental group(obtained fecal bacteria using a new fecal bacteria transplantation filtration device and transplanted),with 57 cases in each group.The rectal volume stimulation sensory indicators(defecation,pain,sensory threshold),serum inflammatory indicators[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)],serum functional indicators[vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),motilin(MTL),substance P(SP)],and distribution of intestinal flora(lactobacilli,bifidobacteria,enterococci)content in the fecal bacteria transplantation were compared between the two groups before and after 30 days of treatment.Results After 30 days of treatment,the defecation,pain and sensory thresholds of experimental group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,TNF-α,IFN-γ,VIP,MTL,and SP in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The contents of lactobacillus and bifidobacteria in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group,while the content of enterococcus was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The extraction and transplantation of fecal bacteria through the new fecal bacteria transplantation filter device has a good effect on the reconstruction of intestinal flora in patients with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome,which improves the rectal volume stimulation sensation index,increases the content of intestinal flora,and reduces the content of serum inflammatory indicators and functional indicators.
