The Application Effect of Surgical Room Preparation Control Management Combined with Collaborative Preoperative Visits in Patients with Limb Fracture Surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of surgical room preparation control management combined with collaborative preoperative visits in patients with limb fracture surgery.Methods With the selection of 100 patients who underwent surgery for limb fractures in hospitals from August 2022 to July 2023 as the research subjects,among them,50 patients from August 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the control group,and 50 patients from February to July 2023 were selected as the observation group.With the use of routine operating room management for limb fractures in the control group and the combination of operating room preparation control management and collaborative preoperative visits in the observation group,the two groups were compared in terms of disease uncertainty on the 2 days before and 1 day after surgery[evaluated using the mishel uncertainty in illness scale(MUIS)],maladaptive behavior on the first day after surgery[evaluated using the post hospital behavior questionaire(PHBQ)],operating room nursing error rate,and incidence of complications within 7 days after surgery.Results Two days before surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in MUIS scores between the two groups(P＞0.05);On the first day after surgery,the MUIS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The positive rate of PHBQ on the first day after surgery,the error rate of operating room nursing,and the incidence of complications within 7 days after surgery in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of operating room preparation control and management combined with preoperative visit in patients with limb fracture surgery is conducive to reducing the disease uncertainty of patients,the incidence of postoperative maladaptive behavior and the incidence of complications,and can reduce the nursing errors in operating room and ensure the safety of patients.
