MR新型表面软线圈固定装置的研制与应用

为了提高MR摆位的工作效率,改善MR表面相控阵圈(MRspac)固定效果,扩大线圈采集范围,提升被检者检查过程的舒适感,该研究设计了一款MR新型表面软线圈固定装置(以下简称装置).该装置由线圈支架、背垫、固定带及海绵填充块组成,采用环绕捆绑方式将线圈与被检查者稳定地固定在检查床上.经试验,21 例孕晚期孕产妇侧卧于MR检查床后,装置能在线圈长轴与检查床长轴夹角呈0°~180°范围内,仅用 4 个操作动作便可快速地将线圈与被检查者固定在检查床上,提高了MR操作摆位的工作效率.且孕产妇无任何不适,MR检查过程的舒适感较好,且明显减少运动产生的图像伪影,改善了目前MRspac的固定效果,扩大了图像采集范围.在孕晚期孕产妇的子宫及胎儿的MR检查中,采用装置可缩短 61%的检查时间,胎儿随机运动伪影明显降低.
The Development and Application of a New Surface Soft Coil Fixing Device for MR
To improve the efficiency of MR positioning,enhance the fixation effect of magnetic resonance surface phased array coils(MRspac),expand the coil collection range,and increase the comfort of the examinee during the examination process,a new type of MR surface soft coil fixing device(hereinafter referred to as the device)was designed in this study.The device was composed of a coil bracket,a back pad,a fixed belt and a sponge filling block.The surrounding bundling method was adopted to stably fix the coil and the examinee on the examination bed.Through the test,with 42 pregnant women in the late stage of pregnancy lying on their side on the MR examination bed,the device could quickly fix the coil and the inspected person on the examination bed with only 4 operations within the range of 0°-180°for the angle between the long axis of the coil and the long axis of the examination bed,which improved the work efficiency of MR Operation positioning.In addition,pregnant women did not experience any discomfort,which increased the comfort of the MR examination process for pregnant women,significantly reduced image artifacts caused by movement,improved the current fixation effect of MRspac,and expanded the image collection range.In the MR examination of the uterus and fetus of pregnant women in the late stage of pregnancy,the use of this device could shorten the examination time by 61%and significantly reduce the random motion artifacts of the fetus.
