目的 通过AAPM TG119 报告中的测试病例评估Monaco系统调强放射治疗(IMRT)技术和容积旋转调强(VMAT)技术的准确性.方法 采用AAPM TG119 报告提供的测试病例,在Monaco治疗系统中依照AAPM TG119 报告中处方剂量和计划目标要求设计 7或9个野的IMRT计划和单弧或双弧的VMAT计划,采用IBA MatriXX和Compass进行剂量验证,并将计划结果与AAPM TG119 报告中多中心测试的结果对比.结果 IMRT和VMAT计划在系统中的剂量指标均达到了AAPM TG119 报告中的要求.IMRT计划γ通过率(3%/2 mm)为(97.85±1.2)%,VMAT计划的γ通过率(3%/2 mm)为(98.74±1.3)%.结论 Monaco系统提供的IMRT技术和VMAT技术能够设计出与AAPM TG119为标准的IMRT计划质量相当的计划.
The Application of AAPM TG119 in Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy and Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy Techniques
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of Monaco system intensity-modulated radiation therapy(IMRT)and volumetric modulated arc therapy(VMAT)techniques,through the test cases in the AAPM TG119 report.Methods With the use of test cases provided by the AAPM TG119 report,IMRT plans with 7 or 9 fields and VMAT plans with single or double arcs were designed in the Monaco treatment system,in accordance with the prescription dosage and plan target requirements in the AAPM TG119 report.With the use of IBA MatriXX and Compass for dose validation,the planned results were compared with the results of multicenter testing in the AAPM TG119 report.Results The dose indicators of IMRT and VMAT plans in the system met the requirements of the AAPM TG119 report.The γ passing rate of IMRT plan(3%/2 mm)was(97.85±1.2)%,and the γ passing rate of VMAT plan(3%/2 mm)was(98.74±1.3)%.Conclusion A plan with comparable quality to the IMRT plan based on AAPM TG119 can be designed using the IMRT and VMAT technologies provided by the Monaco system.
