A Fully Covered Self Expanding Metal Bracket Based on Citespace Software Visualization Analysis of Application Research Hotspots in Biliary and Pancreatic diseases
Objective To utilize the Web of Science(WOS)database and Citespace to investigate the self expanding properties of fully coated films visualization analysis of the application research hotspots of metal scaffolds(FCSEMS)in biliary and pancreatic diseases,revealed the current research status in this field and cutting-edge trends.Methods Collected web of the science(WOS)citation index database from January 2014 to January 2024 discusses the application of FCSEMS in biliary and pancreatic diseases.The research literature used.Used Citespace software to visually analyze the included literature,included annual publication volume,authors countries,research institutions,keyword co-occurrence,clustering,time zone views,and emergent words.Results A total of 567 relevant literature were included as a result.The overall number of publications was showing an upward trend year by year.The author's collaborative network analysis showed that there was extensive international cooperation in the research,included Japan researchers from the United States and China were relatively active in this field.Keyword co-occurrence analysis revealed management,placement,complications,and internal factors high frequency keywords such as retrograde cholangiography reflected the main focus of FCSEMS in the treatment of biliary and pancreatic diseases.Cluster analysis summarized 11 research topics,included endoscopic guided choledochoduodenostomy and first-line metal stent.Then the key word time zone chart displays the research trends formed from fundamental research,technical details,clinical effects,and emerging research directions the evolution process.Conclusions FCSEMS is gradually becoming an important choice for the treatment of biliary and pancreatic diseases,and its research enthusiasm continues to rise,International cooperation is becoming increasingly close,and research content is constantly deepening.Future FCSEMS is expected to play a more important role in the treatment of biliary and pancreatic diseases.The role of the key is to provide personalized,precise,and effective treatment plans for patients worldwide.
