随着精准放射治疗概念的提出及放射治疗技术的不断革新和快速发展,临床对放射治疗的精准定位需求不断提升.激光灯辅助定位系统在放射治疗定位、摆位及治疗前复位过程中发挥着至关重要的作用,其准确性直接影响治疗效果.因此,为确保治疗过程的精准性与有效性,放射治疗物理师必须掌握激光灯辅助定位系统的质量控制(QC)和校准方法.该研究提出了一种采用Penta-Guide 模体进行医科达医用直线加速器激光灯辅助定位系统快速QC与校准的方法,旨在为放射治疗物理师提供实践参考.快速QC与校准过程约需2 min,可完成直线加速器每日床面水平度、光野一致性和激光灯精确度的快速QC与校准,实时校准激光灯的偏移.
The Quick Quality Control and Calibration Method for the Laser-Assisted Positioning System of Elekta Medical Linear Accelerator
With the introduction of the concept of precision radiotherapy and the continuous innovation and rapid development of radiotherapy technology,the demand for precise positioning of radiotherapy in clinical practice is constantly increasing.The laser-assisted positioning system plays an indispensable role in the positioning,placement,and pre-treatment repositioning process of radiotherapy,and its accuracy directly affects the treatment effect of patients.Therefore,to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the treatment process,the quality control(QC)and calibration methods for the laser-assisted positioning system must be mastered by radiation therapy physicists.In this study,a method for rapid QC and calibration of Medical Linear Accelerator Laser-Assisted Positioning System using Penta-Guide phantom was proposed,aiming to provide practical reference for radiation therapy physicists.With a rapid QC and calibration process of approximately 2 minutes,the rapid QC and calibration of the daily bed levelness,field consistency,and laser lamp accuracy of the linear accelerator,as well as real-time calibration of the laser lamp offset,could be completed.
