摘要

随着医院高质量发展的逐步推进,各方对医院后勤保障特别是医疗环境和医疗废物的收集、处置工作提出了更高、更严格的要求.传统的医疗废物人工处理模式采用纸质登记医疗废物的信息、交接记录等数据,统计难度较大、数据易丢失,且无法溯源.为解决以上问题,医院引入一套符合生物安全、高效便捷的医疗废物全流程智慧化管理系统.该系统通过医疗废物智能转运车和"物联网+"等技术实现了传统人工处理模式向全流程智慧化处理模式的转变,可对医疗废物的分类、收集、运输和储存等环节进行可视化、信息化、可溯源监管,实现了医疗废物的全流程闭环管理.

Abstract

With the gradual promotion of high-quality development of hospitals,higher and more stringent requirements have been put forward by all parties for hospital logistics support,especially for the collection and disposal of medical environment and medical waste.Due to the need to manually register the information and handover records of medical waste on paper,the traditional manual treatment mode is difficult to calculate,and the data is easy to lose and cannot be traced.In order to solve the above problems,a set of intelligent management system for the whole process of medical waste conforming to biosafety,with high efficiency and convenience,was introduced into the hospital.With the realization of transformation from traditional manual processing mode to whole process intelligent processing mode through technologies such as medical waste smart transfer vehicles and"Internet of Things+",the system could supervise the classification,collection,transportation and storage of medical waste with visualization,information and traceability,and realize the closed-loop management of medical waste.
