基于维修数据分析的硬式内窥镜质量控制管理措施

目的 基于硬式内窥镜的维修数据分析制定质量控制管理措施,确保硬式内窥镜的使用安全.方法 分析徐州医科大学附属医院第一手术室目前在用95根硬式内窥镜2022年1-12月的维修数据,调研硬式内窥镜的使用、保管、消毒等各环节负责人,并借助鱼骨图进行硬式内窥镜故障的根本原因分析.根据鱼骨图分析结果制定包括制度、人员、环境、过程的硬式内窥镜质量控制管理措施.比较质量控制管理措施实施前后硬式内窥镜的维修数据.结果 质量控制管理措施实施后,硬式内窥镜的维修次数由 103 次降至 69 次,降幅 33.01%;维修费用由55.17 万元降至37.10万元,降幅32.75%.结论 基于维修数据分析制定的硬式内窥镜质量控制管理措施能有效提高医院对硬式内窥镜的管理质量水平,降低使用风险.
Quality Control Management Measures for Rigid Endoscopes Based on Maintenance Data Analysis
Objective To develop quality control management measures and ensure the safe use of rigid endoscopes,based on maintenance data analysis for rigid endoscope.Methods With the analysis of the maintenance data of 95 rigid endoscopes currently in use in the First Operating Room of the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January to December 2022,the root cause of the failure of the rigid endoscope was analyzed by investigating the responsible persons in various aspects such as the use,storage,and disinfection of the rigid endoscope,with the help of the fishbone diagram.Quality control management measures for rigid endoscopes,included systems,personnel,environment,and processes,were developed based on fishbone diagram analysis results.The maintenance data of rigid endoscopes before and after the implementation of quality control management measures were compared.Results After the implementation of quality control management measures,the maintenance times of rigid endoscopes decreased from 103 times to 69 times,with a decrease of 33.01%.The maintenance cost decreased from 551700 yuan to 371000 yuan,with a decrease of 32.75%.Conclusion The quality control management measures for hard endoscopes based on maintenance data analysis can effectively improve the management quality level of hospitals for rigid endoscopes and reduce the risk of use.
