The Application Value of Three-Level Multi-Directional Interactive Management Model in Medical Equipment Management in the Department of Respiratory Medicine
Objective To analyze the application value of three-level multi-directional interactive management mode in the management of medical equipment in the department of respiratory medicine.Methods With the selection of 64 medical devices from the department of respiratory medicine of the hospital as the research objects,the daily management mode was adopted from February 2022 to January 2023,and the three-level multi-directional interaction management mode was adopted from February 2023 to January 2024.The response capability indicators(response time,ease of use time,emergency response time),operation indicators(continuous operation time,operation energy consumption,operation rate),usage and maintenance indicators(maintenance cost,cleaning excellence rate,failure rate,repair time),archive management indicators(archive integrity,archive update time),and safety and adaptation indicators(safety risk incidence rate,adaptation degree)of medical equipment in the department of respiratory medicine with two management modes were compared.Results The device response time,ease of use time,and emergency response time of the three-level multi-directional interaction management mode were shorter than those of the daily management mode(P<0.05);The continuous operation time and operating rate of devices in the three-level multi-directional interaction management mode were higher than those in the daily management mode,and the operating energy consumption was lower than that in the daily management mode(P<0.05);The device maintenance cost and failure rate of the three-level multi-directional interactive management mode were lower than those of the daily management mode,the cleaning excellence rate was higher than that of the daily management mode,and the maintenance time was shorter than that of the daily management mode(P<0.05);The device archive integrity of the three-level multi-directional interactive management mode was higher than that of the daily management mode,while the archive update time was shorter than that of the daily management mode(P<0.05);The occurrence rate of device security risks in the three-level multi-directional interaction management mode was lower than that in the daily management mode,and the overall adaptability score was higher than that in the daily management mode(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-level multi-directional interactive management mode can improve the overall performance and rate of utilization of respiratory medical equipment,decrease failure rates,optimize maintenance indicators,improve archive management,reduce safety risks,and enhance adaptability.
