In recent years,with the aging of the population and changes in diet structure,the incidence rate of choledocholithiasis as one of the common clinical biliary diseases is increasing year by year.The clinical manifestations of patients with common bile duct stones are complex and diverse,which can lead to serious complications such as biliary obstruction,cholangitis,and biliary pancreatitis.The treatment of this disease includes non-surgical treatment and surgical treatment.However,each treatment has its own advantages and limitations.Therefore,it is important to choose the appropriate treatment to improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the risk of complications.In this study,the research progress of the treatment of choledocholithiasis was reviewed,in order to provide references for clinical selection of safer and more effective treatment methods.
