This paper presented a method to isolate single fungal spore_dissect needle removing spore method.Spores were removed directly from culture or disease sample using sterilized dissect needle and placed in water agar piece.Single spore then was picked and removed to next water agar piece.Finally,water agar piece containing single spore were cultured until spore reached a clear colony.The method was simple,convenient and practical on fungi disease research.The whole isolation procedure only involved in some simple instruments and success percentage could reach 90 to obtain single spore.
