以296份玉米自交系为试验材料,通过低温发芽、苗期低温胁迫和生理生化指标的测定,结合田间验证,最终筛选出3个玉米抗冷自交系.开发了3对EST-PCR分子标记,用以区分感冷和抗冷的自交系.
Screening and Identification of Chilling Resistant Germplasm Resources in Maize
A total of 296 maize inbred lines were used as materials in this paper. Three chilling resistant maize inbred lines were screened through germination under chilling stress, chilling treatment at seedling stage and determination of physiological and biochemical indicators, combined with verification in field condition. In addition, three pairs of EST-PCR markers were developed to distinguish the chilling sensitive and resistant inbred lines.
