基于SNP标记分析玉米品种吉单50的遗传基础

基于SNP标记技术对玉米品种吉单50的亲本及10份骨干自交系进行分析。结果表明,吉单50母本吉A5001与599-20遗传关系最近,遗传距离0.476,划分到PB群;父本吉A5002与铁7922遗传关系最近,遗传距离0.312,划分到Reid群。吉A5002和铁7922在第10、7和5染色体上多态性最高,平均45.86%,发生交换重组频率高,基因组差异最大;第9、1、4和8染色体上多态性最低,平均14.33%,发生交换重组频率低,基因组差异较小,染色体bin 1.00等58个区段未发生重组。吉A5002和吉A5001遗传距离较远,在第3和5染色体上多态性最高,第8和9染色体上多态性最低。
Genetic Analysis on Jidan 50 Based on SNP Marker in Maize
Parents of Jidan 50 and 10 elite inbred lines were analyzed with SNP marker. The results showed that female line JiA5001 near genetic distance(0.476) with inbred line 599-20 classified into PB group. Male line JiA5002 near genetic distance(0.312) with inbred line Tie7922 classified into Reid group. The ratio of polymor?phism markers was the highest in chromosome 10, 7 and 5 between JiA5002 and Tie7922. But the ratio was the low?est in chromosome 9, 1, 4 and 8. There were 58 chromosome segment reorganizations including bin 1.00 did not hap?pen. Female line JiA5001 has far genetic distance(0.70) with male line JiA5002. The ratio of polymorphism markers was the highest in chromosome 3 and 5. Rather the ratio was lowest in chromosome 8 and 9.
