Genome-Wide Association Study of 100-kernel Weight in Maize
In this study,100 maize inbred lines were used as materials, and the best linear unbiased predicted value was calculated by measuring the 100-kernel weight data of Yuci and Taigu in Shanxi from 2019 to 2020.Ge-nome-wide association study(GWAS)based on GLM model and FarmCPU model for 100-kernel weight. The results of association analysis showed that a total of 25 SNPs(P<2.324e 5)significantly associated with 100-grain weight were identified, among which the association loci 1_274302441,1_298518163 and 9_32699254 were located in the bin of the mapped grain weight QTL(Quantitative trait loci).A total of 28 candidate genes were mined within the linkage disequilibrium of significant SNP sites, among which GRMZM2G116640(acetylglucosamine transferase),GRMZM2G048733(ABA receptor protein),GRMZM2G106424(14-3-3 class protein)and GRMZM2G024104(Gluta-mine synthetase)are important 100-kernel weight candidate genes.
