硅与杀菌剂配施对玉米叶片代谢、产量及茎腐病防治效果的影响

以丰禾96母本为对象,研究包衣40%咯菌腈·氟唑菌酰羟胺(B)、喷雾硅(Si)和10%叶菌唑(Y)对玉米叶片代谢、茎腐病防治效果和产量的影响.结果表明,包衣40%咯菌腈·氟唑菌酰羟胺20mL/100kg种子+10%叶菌唑1 000 mg/L喷雾+施硅2 000 mg/L喷雾(BY10Si)的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和叶绿素含量都最高,分别为19.80 μmol/(m2·s)、4.10 mmol/(m2·s)和62.68,较CK(不喷施杀菌剂)增加32.9%、25.8%和17.8%;包衣40%咯菌腈·氟唑菌酰羟胺20 mU 100 kg种子+10%叶菌唑667 mg/L喷雾+施硅2 000 mg/L喷雾(BY15Si)的病情指数最低,防效最高,为47.2%.BY10Si处理百粒重和穗重都最重,分别为34.56 g和136.33 g;产量最高,为11 247.45 kg/hm2,较CK增产20.0%,且均与CK差异显著.玉米播种前包衣40%咯菌腈·氟唑菌酰羟胺,在玉米生长期喷雾可溶性硅和叶菌唑能有效降低茎腐病的发生程度,同时提高光合速率,增加百粒重,有效提高玉米产量.
Effects of Combined Application of Silicon and Fungicide on Leaf Metabolism,Yield and Stem Rot Control of Maize
The Fenghe 96 ♀ was selected as the object,the effects of coating with 40%fludioxonil·pydiflume-tofen(B),sprayed silicon fertilizer(Si)and 10%metconazole(Y)on leaf metabolism control effect and yield of maize stalk rot were studied.The results showed that treatment BY10Si had the highest net photosynthetic rate,transpira-tion rate and chlorophyll content of 19.80 μmol/(m2·s),4.10 mmol/(m2·s)and 62.68,respectively,which increased by 32.9%,25.8%and 17.8%over the control.The disease index of BY15Si was the lowest and the prevention effect was the highest(47.2%).BY10Si treated with the highest 100 grain weight and panicle weight(34.56 g and 136.33 g,respectively)had the highest yield(11 247.45 kg/ha),which was 20.0%higher than CK,and both of them were signif-icantly different from CK.Maize coated with 40%fludioxonil·pydiflumetofen before seeding,sprayed soluble silicon and metconazole twice in the growing season of corn could effectively reduce the incidence of maize stem rot,,and increase the photosynthetic rate,100-grain weight and the yield of maize at the same time.
