Comparative Analysis of Genetic Laws of Maize DH,RIL and BC Populations Based on HTP Markers
In this study,HTP markers were used to analysis the genetic laws of Xianyu335 DH population,Ye107×Chang7-2 RIL population and Jing724×Jing 92 population, and Jing724×Jing 92 BC1 population from three perspectives:genotype segregation ratio, parental genetic fragmentation, and recombination exchange. The reesults showed that the average exchange frequency of DH population is lower than that of the RIL population, and no het-erozygous and exogenous fragments. The average parental genetic fragment length is 384 HTP higher than RIL popu-lation,and it has the highest number of recombination exchanges in a single generation.Compared to BC 1 and RIL-population the DH has more advantages in terms of population characteristics and creation costs.
