摘要

将8份南美种质与6份西南地区有代表性的自交系组配成48份顶交种,进行一年三点的联合鉴定试验,评估8份供体材料的育种潜力.结果表明,[Sh5-1×(Tuxpeno×comiteco)⊗⊗]×Sh5-1(L1)、(墨白94×Sh5-1)×Sh5-1(L4)、墨白94群体(L7)在我国西南地区产量GCA效应值较高,对增加西南地区玉米产量有一定育种潜力.结果还表明,L1在降低收获期含水量和穗位高方面具有一定潜力,LA、L7在改善株型、降低收获期含水量和缩短生育期方面均具有一定潜力.

Abstract

Eight South American germplasm were combined with 6 representative Southwestern inbred lines to produce 48 top-cross hybrids,and a joint identification test was conducted at three points a year to evaluate the breeding potential of eight donor materials.The identified populations[Sh5-1×(Tuxpeno× comiteco)⊗ ⊗]×Sh5-1(L1),(Mobai94×Sh5-1)×Sh5-1(L4),Mobai94 population(L7)have higher GCA effect value in the yield of Southwest China,which has certain breeding potential for increasing the yield of maize in this region.Specifically,L1 has cer-tain potential in reducing water content and ear height at harvest stage,while L4 and L7 have certain potential in im-proving plant type,reducing water content at harvest stage and shortening growth period.
