优化农户对玉米秸秆资源化利用行为的问题研究

摘要
吉林省2023年可收集玉米秸秆量为2 704.42万t,资源利用率不到50％,呈现秸秆废弃和焚烧零星分散化趋势,造成资源浪费与生态污染.农户是玉米秸秆处理的第一主体.通过对吉林省(市)、县玉米秸秆利用现状的调查问卷统计,分析阐述玉米秸秆利用不合理的影响因素,包括农户认知、成本、玉米秸秆利用渠道和补贴等因素,基于对资源化利用偏好模型的研究,对优化农户玉米秸秆资源化利用提出建议.
Abstract
In 2023,Jilin Province can collect 27.044 2 million tons of corn straw,with a resource utilization rate of less than 50％,showing a trend of straw waste and incineration scattered,causing resource wastage and eco-logical pollution.Farmers are the first subjects in the treatment of corn straw.Through a questionnaire survey on the current situation of corn straw utilization in Jilin Province,this paper analyzed and expounded the factors influenc-ing the unreasonable utilization of corn straw,including farmers'cognition,cost,corn straw utilization channels and subsidy factors.Based on a preference model for resource utilization,the study proposes suggestions to optimize the resource utilization of corn straw by farmers.
